This program introduces the foundational skills of tennis with an oversized low-compression ball on a smaller court. Players learn basic rally, serve and net play skills along with activities that build tennis specific coordination. Rules of play and “I am Good Sport” behaviors are also introduced.

Players learn to serve, rally, score and play at net in singles and doubles on a regulation sized court with low-compression transition ball. Lesson takes players through a progression of skills building activities that speed learning.

JUNIOR RECREATIONAL PATHWAY
1 Coach / 1 Court / 6 Players
This follow- up to U9 PERFORMANCE on a regulation sized court with a low-compression ball. Develops an advanced foundation with the goal to be on the provincial U10 national tournaments. Minimum commitments of 3 groups lessons per week plus physical training plus privates and tournament are required.
This follow- up to U10 PERFORMANCE on a regulation sized court with regular balls. Develops an advanced foundation with the goal to be on the provincial U12 national tournaments. Minimum commitments of 3 groups lessons per week plus physical training plus privates and tournament are required.
This follow- up to U12 PERFORMANCE on a regulation sized court with regular balls. Develops an advanced foundation with the goal to be on the provincial U14 national tournaments. Minimum commitments of 3 groups lessons per week plus physical training plus privates and tournament are required.

PERFORMANCE PATHWAY
1 Coach / 1 Court / 4 Players
Our performance pathway is Customized to the requirements of the group. The schedule will be determined according to the number of students and their interest.
Note: Participants of this program must commit to playing between 6-20 hours per week, according to their pathway level. This time can be divided in group lessons, private, match play and provincial tournaments.
